Software maintenance is renewable annually and includes the following:

• 12 months of free major and minor software updates
• 12 months of elevated support (email and forum based)

Each Ranorex license includes a 1 year free maintenance service package (Ranorex subscription package). This maintenance service package is renewable annually from the date of purchase.
